The Challenge

Create the ultimate hospitality experience for Coca-Cola, the entitlement sponsor of the 60th running of the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway

The Solution

A full-service event where over 200 guests could relax, play games and enjoy the race from on top of Turn 3. The footprint consisted of one of Hirschfeld’s fully-branded 53′ dual-level hospitality trailers, a 60′ tent, indoor and outdoor seating, and so much more. The experience combined the excitement of a NASCAR race with the luxury of a perfectly curated event.
